Modern seat adjuster mechanisms consist almost entirely of fineblanked components. This requires precision in the tool and production technology due to the complex geometries, small runs and high-tensile steels that have to be machined.

Customers are also demanding more convenient adjustment mechanisms and better safety. Our extensive know-how means that the development and production of seat adjuster components, such as height adjustment levers, seat rake adjusters and seat adjusters are among our core competencies.

刹车系统

轮毂托板是精冲工艺的底盘零部件。而全时四驱系统中的齿毂零件是特别适用于使用冷成形技术来批量生产的。
