Especially when the buildings are lit up at night, the lantern-like building is more clear and three-dimensional. It both has traditional cultural elements and highlights the modern sense of fashion.

南京金奥中心建筑总高度为232米。驻足在金奥中心楼下昂首仰视，整栋建筑给人一种直插云霄的高耸感，大有“欲与天公试比高”的气魄。你会有一种来到“宇宙中心”的错觉。虽然这不是真的宇宙中心，它确是名副其实地代表了河西CBD的中心。

Nanjing keyne center is one of the highest buildings in hexi area, whith a height of 232 metres. When you stop in front of the center and look up, the unique tall building creates an extraordinary feeling of reaching up into the sky. You will have a kind of illusion to step into the universe center. Although this is not really the center of the universe, it is indeed a true representative of the center of Hexi CBD.

走在这里，恍如置身于上海浦东陆家嘴金融区，一种现代国际化的金融商务气息迎面而来。据了解，金奥中心的担纲设计师，就是曾设计上海金茂大厦、迪拜塔、美国最高建筑西尔斯大厦的著名建筑设计师。难怪其水准、气度都如此相似。

Walking here, you will feel like in a place in Shanghai Pudong Lujiazui Financial District, a modern international financial business atmosphere oncoming. It is understood that the featuring designer of Nanjing Keyne Center is the famous architectural designer of Shanghai Jinmao Tower, Burj Dubai, Sears Tower which is the tallest building in the US. No wonder they share the similar high international standard.

从外观看，金奥中心由主塔楼、辅楼、裙楼等三部分组成。主塔楼采用了双层幕墙的设计，外形上犹如一个灯笼，巧妙地将西方现代手法的设计元素中揉合进中国的传统文化。

Seeing from outside, Nanjing Keyne Center consists of three parts, the main tower, secondary building and the podium building. The main tower is a double curtain wall design and shaped like a lantern, cleverly blending western modern design elements into the traditional Chinese culture.

而辅楼的外立面则很巧妙地融入南京明城墙风格，将古典与新潮、历史与现代恰到好处地糅合于一体。裙楼外墙面采用灰色石材，表面所形成的肌理与南京城墙遥相呼应。整栋楼无不体现出“世界建筑、南京精神”之文化交融的特质。

The façade of the secondary building takes Nanjing City Wall in Ming Dynasty into the design, blends classical and trendy elements, historical and modern elements in one. The outside wall of the podium building is built with gray stones, whose surface and Nanjing City Wall in Ming Dynasty echo each other at a distance. The whole building reflects the blending of culture themed of the world architecture with Nanjing spirit.

我们再走进金奥中心内部去观摩一下。据了解，主楼共有63层，裙楼共5层，每一层的业态分布都不同。我们可以看到，金奥中心2楼以下均为挑高的大堂，高度有7.5米之高，一种大气奢华感立刻袭来，有没有？

Walking inside, we can see raised ceiling lobby set below the 2nd Floor, with the height of 7.5 meters. You will feel the atmosphere of luxury immediately. It is understood that the main building is with a total of 63 floors, and 5 floors of the podium building. The trade distribution is different in different floors.
